Repair Appliance Fixpert, owned by Jafar Hussain, is an independent, third-party service center. We are NOT authorized associate partners, franchisees, or representatives of any specific brands (such as Samsung, LG, Sony, etc.). All brand names and logos used on this site are for identification purposes only.

2. Service Scope

  • We provide doorstep repair services for ACs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, TVs, and Microwave Ovens.

  • Repairs are performed by independent local technicians. While we strive for excellence, we do not hold official brand authorizations.

  • Warranty Warning: Since we are a third-party provider, hiring us may void your original manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend checking your warranty status before booking.

3. AI-Generated Content

We use AI-generated images (Gemini AI) for illustrative and identification purposes across our website and marketing materials. These images are representations only and may not exactly match your specific appliance model.

4. Payments and Estimates

  • All service charges and spare part costs must be paid upon completion of the repair.

  • Any price estimates provided over the phone are subject to change after the physical inspection of the appliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Repair Appliance Fixpert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the failure of a repaired appliance. We provide a limited service warranty (as mentioned on your invoice) on specific repairs only.

6. Parts and Warranty

  • Any warranty provided on spare parts is subject to the terms of the part manufacturer.

  • Our service warranty covers only the specific fault repaired and does not cover new issues that arise after the technician leaves.

7. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe working environment for our technicians and to disclose if the appliance has been previously tampered with by other local mechanics.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
